- Ensure clarity of backlog value and intent for delivery teams
- Coordinate application updates and releases
- Ensure product operations meet security standards
- Ensure product operations meet architecture standards
- Ensure product operations meet infrastructure standards
- Ensure product operations meet data protection standards
- Monitor incidents
- Ensure effective incident resolution
- Resolve incidents within agreed timelines
- Meet quality expectations for incident resolution
- Guide technical orientations
- Ensure consistent architectural choices across solutions
- Support agile ceremonies and PI planning activities
- Ensure alignment and delivery against milestones
