Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Relevant experience in Product Ownership, Digital Platforms, or Transformation
- Experience leading B2B CRM, portal, or digital platform initiatives
- Understanding of B2B customer lifecycle processes
- Knowledge of CRM systems, digital platforms, APIs, and integration
- Agile methodologies experience (Scrum, Kanban)
- Backlog management and roadmap planning experience
- Structured delivery governance experience
- Stakeholder management and alignment skills
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Fluent English
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong ownership and prioritization skills
Tasks
- Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Design and optimize end-to-end B2B processes
- Translate business needs into scalable digital solutions
- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives
- Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams
- Prioritize product backlog
- Ensure effective release planning and agile delivery
- Establish governance frameworks
- Track roadmap, milestones, RAID logs, and dependencies
- Drive stakeholder alignment
- Communicate with business, IT, data, and external partners
- Ensure organizational readiness and adoption
- Maintain operational stability during transformation
- Monitor performance, cost efficiency, and business impact
