- •Experience managing a B2B SaaS product within FinTech, PropTech, or financial services
- •Demonstrable experience in defining, building, and launching high-quality customer-facing products
- •Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- •Focus on customer needs and leverage quantitative and qualitative data
- •Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executive management
- •Structured approach with experience in agile work methodology
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Drive execution of product lifecycle processes
- •Conduct product and market research
- •Perform competitor analysis
- •Plan and position products
- •Develop product requirements and roadmap
- •Launch new products
- •Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams
- •Ensure successful product development, QA, and release
- •Balance resources across the organization
- •Facilitate product and business planning for cross-functional teams
- •Provide insights to stakeholders on products and market trends
- •Manage in-life products, including customer feedback and requirements
- •Address product issues and concerns
- •Propose product strategy changes based on market competition
- •Conduct user interviews, workshops, and ideation sessions
