Requirements
- Extensive business knowledge of client business and workflows
- Understanding of full lifecycle back office solution workflow
- Strong General Ledger and Swiss Government Hedge Accounting knowledge
- Deep technical skills (SQL, ICS, Crystal Reports)
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Business fluency in German (preferably Swiss German)
Tasks
- Support customers with Trading and Asset back office solutions
- Ensure timely and strategic solution delivery for customers
- Instill customer confidence in understanding business needs
- Work daily with customers to deliver solutions
- Prepare strategic development work with the TAS team
- Provide back-office support for Settlements
- Manage Documentation, including Swift processes
- Oversee General Ledger and hedge accounting
- Understand back-office customer needs
- Align requirements with back-office strategy and roadmap
- Present back-office solution functionality to customers
- Present back-office solution roadmap to customers
- Plan future back-office solution evolution with the TAS team
- Coordinate development with the TAS team based on capacity
Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
