Requirements

  • •University or engineering degree in biotechnology, natural science, business administration, or related field
  • •Proven years of industry experience
  • •MBA or additional post-graduation business-focused degree preferred
  • •Knowledge and experience in Process Automation and PAT
  • •Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams
  • •Several years of working experience in product management, marketing, or relevant field
  • •Strong verbal and written negotiation and communication skills
  • •Ability to present with high impact to senior and top management
  • •Highly organized and results-oriented personality
  • •Excellent networking abilities
  • •Excellent proficiency in English, both in writing and oral
  • •German is a plus
  • •Willingness to travel (approx. 40-50%)

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Derive and communicate product vision
  • •Execute product vision to drive portfolio growth
  • •Influence decision-making for product-related topics
  • •Advocate for the product portfolio internally and externally
  • •Build and leverage market intelligence for decision-making
  • •Understand market trends and customer needs
  • •Plan and execute product launches
  • •Manage product life cycle based on business plans
  • •Create marketing strategies considering regional requirements
  • •Ensure commercial competitiveness of products
  • •Define and refine product requirements with customers and stakeholders
