Requirements

  • •Degree in engineering, business engineering, or comparable
  • •8+ years of product management experience
  • •Experience in innovation and system-level integration
  • •Ability to manage diverse product families
  • •Understanding of business economics and financials
  • •Experience in fire safety or building management
  • •Familiarity with lean/agile methodologies like SAFe
  • •Resilience and analytical approach to work
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • •Proficiency in English
  • •Knowledge of German and European languages

  • •Maintain a comprehensive fire safety system architecture overview
  • •Ensure component interoperability and regulatory compliance
  • •Identify system dependencies and integration risks
  • •Drive innovation by identifying emerging market trends
  • •Oversee the complete product family lifecycle and strategy
  • •Coordinate roadmaps and alignment across product managers
  • •Manage product profitability and strategic discontinuations
  • •Guide product managers in defining and prioritizing requirements
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to improve user experience
  • •Coordinate ongoing product maintenance and enhancements
  • •Conduct market research and detailed competitive analysis
  • •Develop marketing strategies for successful product launches
  • •Perform regular financial and portfolio performance analyses
  • •Mentor the product management team on best practices
