- •Ideally quality certifications like IRIS or ISO
- •5+ years R&D and QM experience
- •Background in design transfer and industrialization
- •Deep understanding of electronics development
- •Expertise in design and configuration management
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Ability to align global stakeholders
- •Independence, integrity, and disciplined execution
- •Fluency in English
- •Advantageous knowledge of European languages

- •Align quality objectives with business and rail requirements
- •Monitor R&D performance to ensure site transparency
- •Drive corrective actions based on KPI trends
- •Oversee quality for electronics and embedded systems
- •Manage component lifecycles for rail applications
- •Implement robust risk management and hazard analysis
- •Integrate field and production feedback into R&D
- •Execute internal audits following ISO 22163 and 9001
