- Maintain design pattern libraries and guidelines
- Lead high-impact design initiatives personally
- Champion user research and testing practices
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Leverage user data to inform decisions
- Ensure accessibility and inclusive design standards
- Partner with stakeholders and engineering teams
- Advocate for user-centered design methodologies
