- Improve product analytics literacy

- Enable self-service analytics
- Manage multiple requests with analytical rigor
- Frame problems as testable hypotheses
- Connect insights to product decisions and strategy
- Combine quantitative and qualitative research
- Define priorities with leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve measurement
- Take ownership of initiatives
- Balance requests based on impact
- Thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments
