- Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, Footwear Design, or related field
- Compelling portfolio demonstrating mastery of form, color, silhouette, and technical construction
- Cross-disciplinary mindset and eagerness to master both footwear and apparel
- Product creator mindset, challenging comfort zone and applying diverse knowledge
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., CLO3D, Rhino, Gravity Sketch) is valued
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with conceptual brainstorming and technical precision
- Ability to articulate creative vision using mood boards, sketches, and prototypes
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Natural curiosity about culture, arts, architecture, and technology
- Right to work in Switzerland or the EU
Tasks
- Master On’s design language
- Translate consumer insights into collections
- Collaborate with Apparel team
- Dive into footwear design complexities
- Balance biomechanics and innovation
- Travel to Vietnam for production insights
- Work with development teams
- Witness design industrialization
- Deep-dive into specialized areas
- Engage in full design process
- Conduct research and ideation
- Create 3D models and sketches
- Participate in fittings and finalization
- Work with Product Development, Material Science, and Product Management
- Ensure design integrity
- Act as Design Studio and manufacturing liaison
- Identify industry trends
- Translate trends into concepts
