- Build deep understanding of innovation material development, testing, sourcing, and product creation
- Develop next-generation textile solutions for high-performance apparel
- Combine textile engineering, material innovation, and product creation
- Work on early-stage concepts and emerging technologies
- Create scalable commercial applications
- Collaborate with design, product development, suppliers, and external innovation partners
- Design textiles and apparel concepts driven by athlete needs
- Support athletes in pushing performance limits
- Enable freedom of movement, comfort, and confidence in all conditions
- Identify and implement lower-footprint material solutions
- Maintain premium quality and performance
- Explore innovative fibers and circularity approaches
- Transform textile waste into valuable material streams
