- Lead system architecture definition
- Allocate functions and detailed requirements to each subsystem
- Define interfaces between subsystems and ensure interoperability
- Propose physical architecture alternatives and select the best option
- Lead architecture concept definition and contribute to the compliance matrix
- Contribute to the product functional development plan
- Participate in Product Design FMEA
- Contribute to the integration and validation plan
- Enforce standard discipline solutions and capitalize on knowledge
- Respect standards and rules to meet the requested ASPICE level
