Requirements

  • Execute operational procurement activities in ERP
  • Ensure continuous supply of indirect materials/services
  • Support catalog-based purchasing solutions
  • Handle day-to-day supplier communication
  • Support Category Management with RFQs/sourcing
  • Contribute to project-based sourcing
  • Act as interface between plants, stakeholders, suppliers
  • Procurement/sourcing experience, industrial/manufacturing preferred
  • Strong understanding of operational purchasing
  • Exposure to strategic sourcing/category management is advantage
  • Experience in international, multi-site organization preferred

Tasks

  • Execute procurement processes and standards
  • Support procurement goals through RFPs, negotiations, and cost accountability
  • Authorize and approve purchase orders and payments
  • Respond to client issues and inquiries
  • Approve and qualify vendors
  • Analyze and review price proposals and financial reports
  • Prepare and review RFPs and bid packages
  • Monitor contract performance for compliance
  • Ensure smooth procurement process
  • Support buyers in purchasing activities
  • Compile records of purchases, costs, deliveries, and inventories
  • Contact suppliers to expedite deliveries
  • Execute operational procurement activities in ERP systems
  • Ensure continuous supply of indirect materials and services
  • Support catalog-based purchasing solutions
  • Handle daily supplier communication
  • Support Category Management with RFQs and supplier analyses
  • Contribute to project-based sourcing and contract implementations
  • Act as interface between plants, internal stakeholders, and suppliers

Work Experience

  • approx. 1 - 4 years

Education

  • High school diploma

Languages

  • English – Native
  • German – Business Fluent
  • French – Basic
