Requirements

  • 5–10 years Procurement, Project Management, Sustainability experience
  • Procurement transformation, supplier management, process improvement experience
  • Financial modelling, business cases, data-driven decision-making experience
  • Sustainability, responsible sourcing, or ESG initiatives experience
  • Project Management experience with multi-function, cross-country complexity
  • Procurement processes, supplier management, sourcing strategies familiarity
  • Data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting experience
  • ERP systems (SAP) and procurement digital tools knowledge
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and training capabilities
  • Collaborative, structured, comfortable in matrix environment
  • High learning agility, resilience, proactive ownership
  • Ability to balance strategic perspective with hands-on execution
  • Fluent English; German and additional languages advantage

Tasks

  • Lead cross-functional procurement transformation projects
  • Drive structured project management for strategic procurement
  • Support Category Management practice development
  • Identify strategic value creation opportunities
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration
  • Develop and maintain Procurement ways of working
  • Lead the Procurement Academy development
  • Support Category Managers in strategy development
  • Create procurement knowledge assets
  • Promote data-driven decision making
  • Implement Franke’s Sustainable Procurement agenda
  • Support Scope 3 emissions reduction initiatives
  • Integrate sustainability into category strategies
  • Define and track sustainability KPIs
  • Own Procurement governance routines
  • Coordinate procurement transformation reporting
  • Communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Monitor ESG regulations and best practices
  • Engage suppliers for sustainability improvements
