Bridging client needs and supplier capabilities for clinical trial supplies and pharmaceutical logistics. Current experience in Clinical Trials Supplies and Pharmaceutical Logistics required. Global supplier network, focus on innovative sourcing.

Tasks
- Identify innovative and leading sourcing solutions.
- Develop relationships with clinical trial suppliers, manufacturers, and wholesalers.
- Convey client needs to suppliers.
- Explain clinical supplies constraints to suppliers.
- Deliver actionable sourcing solutions fitting customer needs.
- Advocate for suppliers to customer-facing teams.
- Support customer expectations.
- Coordinate with the Quality department on supplier status and performance.
- Support product quality issues related to supplier management.
- Find sourcing solutions and strategies for identified products.
- Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing and Market Intelligence teams.
- Utilize market intelligence tools.
- Support sourcing requests for global sites (EU, UK, APAC).
- Maintain existing wholesaler and manufacturer accounts.
- Ensure competitive drug pricing.
- Ensure attractive drug shelf life and documentation.
- Ensure reliable and effective drug access.
- Preserve long-standing supplier relationships.
- Develop trust with pharmaceutical manufacturers and wholesalers.
- Negotiate attractive prices and cash discounts with suppliers.
- Participate in supplier business review meetings.
- Lead supplier business review meetings.
- Collaborate on opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor supplier spend.
- Monitor supplier performance.
- Monitor supplier capabilities.
- Support Client Services initiatives.
- Improve procurement strategies with a focus on risk management.
- Participate in teleconferences to drive successful proposal outcomes.
- Communicate up-to-date market information to analysts.
- Ensure analysts have access to market insights for drugs and supply chains.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain for timely product deliveries.
- Ensure supply of product documents.
- Support Supplier Management, including invoice queries.
- Attend daily triage meetings with Comparator Procurement/Sourcing Specialists.
- Apply Good Distribution and Good Manufacturing Principles.
- Support QA and clients during product recalls.
- Ensure compliance with FCS rules and regulations.
- Support adapting rules and regulations to changing environments.
- Participate in Practical Process Improvement, Just-Do-It, and lean projects.
