Requirements

• •Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related
• •5 years experience in procurement or supply chain
• •Expertise in implementing procurement processes
• •Innovative problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
• •Excellent English and German language skills

Tasks

• •Manage the entire procurement process from sourcing to contracting
• •Source and purchase goods in alignment with business strategies
• •Execute competitive bidding processes following organizational policy
• •Implement category strategies based on local business needs
• •Develop a supply base focused on value and quality
• •Oversee new vendor requests and preferred supplier networks
• •Drive spend toward the preferred supplier network
• •Maintain compliance with all procurement policies
• •Execute tactical processes for supplier diversity and sustainability
• •Manage local preferred suppliers and resolve issues proactively
• •Align supplier management with the global SRM strategy
• •Foster collaborative and innovative supplier interactions
• •Execute source-to-contract and requisition-to-pay activities
• •Identify and fix inefficiencies in procurement process design
• •Enable cost savings and ensure assurance of supply
• •Manage and prevent savings leakage in downstream processes
• •Administer continuous improvement projects for procurement operations
