Requirements

  • •Degree or equivalent experience in Life Science or Engineering
  • •Proven experience with aseptic fill&finish processes of drug product
  • •Experience with Compounding processes
  • •Experience with highly active pharmaceutical ingredients (HAPI)
  • •Demonstrated experience working in a GMP-controlled environment
  • •Fluency in English or German (minimum B2 level in the respective other language)
  • •Strong collaboration skills

Education

Bachelor's degree

approx. 1 - 4 years

Tasks

  • •Provide front line support to manufacturing operators
  • •Execute each batch safely and on time
  • •Ensure compliance with batch instructions and quality requirements
  • •Support process validations and re-validations
  • •Lead investigations into product and process deviations
  • •Determine solutions to resolve issues
  • •Promote and maintain good cleanroom management practices
  • •Keep processes inspection-ready for audits
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
