Requirements

  • •Experience in aseptic filling or manufacturing
  • •Experience with lyophilization process (advantageous)
  • •Experience with equipment qualification and validation
  • •Degree or equivalent in Life Science
  • •Experience in a GMP-controlled environment
  • •Proficiency in English and German (plus)
  • •Agility and strong collaboration skills

Tasks

  • •Ensure efficient aseptic fill and finish operations
  • •Manage lyophilization process technical requirements
  • •Coordinate qualification and validation activities
  • •Lead product and process investigations
  • •Define CAPAs and manage process changes
  • •Troubleshoot production line weaknesses and issues
  • •Test critical variables during technical batches
  • •Provide front-line shopfloor support to operators
  • •Maintain high-standard cleanroom management practices
  • •Implement process improvements and new workflows
  • •Maintain inspection readiness for internal and external audits
