In this role, you will focus on advancing formulation topics in particle technology, collaborating with teams to plan and execute experiments, and ensuring quality standards are met while fostering international partnerships.

Requirements

• •Master’s degree in engineering sciences with a focus on process engineering, chemical-biological engineering with a focus on particle technology, mechanical process engineering, or physical chemistry
• •Extensive technical expertise in particle technology covering solids handling, drying technology, dispersing and comminution, agglomeration and granulation, coating, and solid-liquid separation
• •Solid biotechnological background including cell structure, basics of cellular metabolism, and industrial biotechnology
• •Strong German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• •Confident demeanor, assertiveness, team spirit, high level of initiative and commitment

• •Develop and expand formulation topics
• •Optimize innovative technologies and methods
• •Drive projects at the intersection of process engineering, chemistry, and biology
• •Plan, coordinate, and execute experiments at various scales
• •Evaluate experimental results carefully
• •Coordinate project work with internal and external partners
• •Ensure compliance with quality standards
• •Promote international collaboration through interdisciplinary project work
• •Maintain collaboration with external research institutions and suppliers
• •Participate in cross-functional working groups
