Requirements
- Master degree in chemical engineering or life science
- Specialization and/or experience in automation
- Fluency in English
- Advantageous German and French skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to see trends and simplify complex information
- Understanding/Practical experience in flow chemistry / continuous processing
- Foundation in algorithmic and programming
- Preferably Python programming
- Sound knowledge in physical organic chemistry
Tasks
- Support development of new process technologies
- Develop automation workflows for data generation
- Enhance research capabilities through modelling
- Ensure HSE standards are met
- Maintain project documentation
- Analyze and report complex experiment outcomes
- Develop scientific and technical expertise in new technologies
- Commit to programming and automation skill development
- Learn independently through technical and patent literature

- Maintain a network within the company for automation and new technologies
