Requirements

• •Outstanding academic credentials at Bachelor or Master level in business, economics, finance, financial engineering, accounting, or similar subject
• •Prior internship experience within PE, investment banking, or consulting
• •Strong interest in enhancing financial acumen and knowledge of the private equity secondary market
• •Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
• •Excellent written and oral English skills
• •Other languages are a plus
• •Enjoyment of working in an entrepreneurial atmosphere
• •Curiosity and good flair for organization

Tasks

• •Manage projects from due diligence to completion of secondary transactions
• •Develop financial models for companies and private equity funds
• •Understand private equity fund accounting and financial statements
• •Conduct valuation and analysis of various private equity funds
• •Perform in-depth analysis of underlying portfolio companies
• •Execute comparable company analysis using public and private data
• •Participate in and prepare for weekly team meetings
• •Manage and update key databases and tools for opportunity identification
• •Monitor existing investments
• •Prepare materials for internal meetings and client presentations
• •Research trends and competitors in the global private equity market
• •Conduct ad-hoc market analysis
