- Conduct internal investigations with specialist departments
- Follow up on outstanding onboarding issues
- Manage escalations
- Identify and investigate serious non-compliance cases
- Provide training on compliance topics
- Develop training materials
- Support internal compliance projects
- Recommend process improvements
- Develop solutions for continuous improvement
- Implement improved processes and procedures
