Tasks
- Provide scientific and operational expertise for pathogen safety
- Assess pathogen safety risks across manufacturing and operations
- Support regulatory and compliance obligations
- Contribute to projects ensuring product safety and quality
- Plan and execute scientific work packages for pathogen safety
- Conduct risk assessments for manufacturing changes and deviations
- Author and review technical documents and regulatory submissions
- Support internal and external inspections and audits
- Provide technical support for pathogen safety projects
- Resolve technical and operational issues impacting deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pathogen safety
- Participate in cross-functional planning and resource discussions
- Support projects governed by Technical Operations
- Build effective partnerships across global teams
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Champion best practices and operational excellence
- Deliver training on pathogen safety to Operations and Technical staff
- Develop and maintain pathogen safety knowledge within the organization
- Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
- Promote a culture of quality and scientific rigor
