Requirements

  • •Ability to travel 25% of working time
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field
  • •12+ years of cross functional management experience
  • •8+ years of experience leading complex teams in healthcare or related fields
  • •Proficiency in implementing multiple operational and marketing projects
  • •Strong understanding of program and project management processes
  • •Expert project management software skills including Smartsheet, Miro, and Microsoft Office
  • •Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation
  • •Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • •Experience in marketing or new product planning
  • •Experience with commercial operations
  • •Program management certification or equivalent
  • •Change management certification

  • •Lead commercial launch readiness workstream
  • •Drive action to expedite market access and preparation
  • •Design and deploy a structure for commercial launch planning
  • •Facilitate cross-functional meetings with clear agendas

  • •Develop and track detailed project timelines and work plans
  • •Serve as a member of the product core team for launch readiness
  • •Apply a focused process for commercial launch planning
  • •Partner with project managers to clarify objectives and deliverables
  • •Identify owners, deliverables, and milestones in the strategic plan
  • •Drive positive change management within the launch planning team
  • •Navigate and integrate technical and business considerations
