- Translate technical ideas into production-ready solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship
- Write and review production code
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams
- Integrate HighQ with modern AI and agent platforms
- Enhance platform reliability, scalability, and performance
- Work with directors, architects, and staff engineers
- Operate as a senior technical voice in cross-team decisions
- Turn business requirements into technical designs
- Raise the engineering standard across the organization
