- Experience in customer and supplier relationships

Tasks
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on future automotive products
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to global safety engineers
- Ensure robustness and functional safety for domain controllers
- Optimize display and connectivity solutions for safety
- Elicit and review ASIL functional safety requirements
- Document safety requirements with customers and engineering disciplines
- Determine safety performance based on target architecture
- Execute safety analyses according to architectural definitions
- Integrate machine learning aspects into safety requirements
- Align functional safety needs with cyber-security solutions
- Lead safety engineers to ensure high-quality project deliverables
- Derive and align verification and validation activities
- Manage safety for platform and customer application projects
- Report continuously on functional safety status
- Define measures to ensure safety properties meet targets
- Improve engineering workflows using state-of-the-art safety tools
- Develop scalable safety mechanism portfolios
- Develop safety concept strategies for future products
- Define system safety needs for vehicle manufacturers
- Drive safety integration concepts with development partners
- Evaluate safety capabilities of complex supply parts
- Review safety work products prepared by junior engineers
- Provide guidance on customer-facing safety concepts
