Requirements
- •Degree in Software, Information, Electrical Engineering or related
- •Eagerness to learn and open-mindedness
- •Strong programming skills and passion for coding
- •Fast thinking and adaptability to new standards
- •Willingness to contribute to architecture decisions
- •Several years practical embedded software experience
- •Understanding of embedded design and verification
- •Understanding of microcontroller architectures and hardware
- •Experience in C and Assembler
- •Experience in multi-site and multi-national setups
- •Knowledge of AWS or Azure (Advantageous)
- •Knowledge of embedded security (Advantageous)
- •Familiarity with Python or Groovy (Advantageous)
- •Familiarity with object oriented programming (Advantageous)

Bachelor's degree

approx. 1 - 4 years
Tasks
- •Architect, implement, and maintain IoT security firmware
- •Debug functional behavior with firmware test engineers
- •Optimize modules for low power and security
- •Manage resource usage within hardware constraints
- •Verify and validate firmware through test execution
- •Collaborate closely with the hardware development team
- •Document modules for external security certification schemes
