Requirements

  • •Deep scientific expertise
  • •B.S. or M.S. degree in a scientific discipline
  • •At least 10 years of relevant industrial experience
  • •PhD is advantageous
  • •Proven record in Drug Product manufacturing
  • •Significant cross-functional matrix leadership experience
  • •Demonstrated experience with technology transfer or process validation
  • •Strong understanding of regulatory submission and health authority requirements

  • •Develop technical strategic roadmap for drug products
  • •Identify and implement technical improvements for successful product launches
  • •Manage and mitigate technical risks throughout the product lifecycle
  • •Ensure product validation, robustness, cost-effectiveness, and compliance
  • •Deliver on the product's technical strategic roadmap in collaboration with the Product Technical Lead
  • •Represent technical agenda for resilient products without a designated Product Technical Lead
  • •Ensure drug product quality and reliability through effective team management
  • •Direct financial resources to achieve long-term strategic goals
  • •Serve as primary technical owner for site leadership and quality functions
  • •Investigate product or process issues across the commercial lifecycle
  • •Participate in key technical governance forums and engage with senior stakeholders
