  • •Work experience in banking, insurance, life science, or manufacturing
  • •Expertise in data and/or AI strategy and governance
  • •Expertise with Data & AI implementation projects
  • •Ability to inspire and lead interdisciplinary teams
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • •Assertiveness, eloquence, proactivity, and enthusiasm
  • •Customer-centric thinking and communication
  • •Results-oriented and stakeholder engagement skills
