- •Postgraduate degree (preferably PhD) in Statistics, Biostatistics, or equivalent experience
- •Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech R&D, or equivalent experience in a relevant academic environment
- •Proven experience in working with scientific teams in a global, cross-functional environment
- •Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- •Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, manage complex projects, and translate scientific insights into strategic value
- •High integrity, organizational skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset

- •Execute biostatistics strategies aligned with global therapeutic area priorities
- •Collaborate with Global Research teams and key connections in Bioinformatics & AI
- •Maintain up-to-date knowledge through literature review and scientific meetings
- •Oversee statistical design and analysis for experiments supporting product development
- •Provide statistical input for experimental designs and analyses of research studies
- •Advise on regulatory agency contacts for pre-clinical R&D topics
- •Contribute statistical input for regulatory filings and scientific publications
- •Coordinate with data analysis and computational experts to ensure compliance in statistical methods
- •Provide scientific input across R&D programs, including drug discovery and biomarker development
- •Execute biostatistical pipelines for early decision-making and high-quality data generation
- •Compile scientific reports, regulatory documents, and peer-reviewed publications
- •Present research findings at internal and external meetings
- •Establish collaborations with academic institutions and biotech companies
- •Support patent filings and legal contract negotiations with legal and IP departments
