Pricing Analyst - Payroll (Builder)(m/w/x)
Modeling scalable frameworks to translate partner cost variability into consistent multi-country quoting workflows. Advanced Excel and SQL or Python proficiency required. Equity package, ClassPass fitness membership, and flexible workation policy.
Requirements
- 3–6 years experience in pricing, commercial analytics, strategic finance, or RevOps
- Strong Excel/Sheets modeling skills
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python
- Experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Salesforce/CPQ familiarity as a plus
Tasks
- Build and maintain a scalable pricing framework
- Translate partner cost variability into consistent pricing
- Ensure clean execution in quoting workflows
- Build and refine pricing models across countries
- Support pricing experiments for tiers and bundles
- Collect, validate, and normalize vendor cost inputs
- Monitor cost changes and margin impact
- Create pricing guidelines and discount guardrails
- Support non-standard deal structuring
- Build dashboards to monitor country profitability
- Monitor margins and pricing consistency
- Partner with RevOps to embed pricing logic
- Document and QA quoting workflow changes
