Requirements

  • Fortgeschrittenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau (Produktionstechnik) oder vergleichbar
  • Interesse an Continuous Improvement, Lean Management, TPM (idealerweise erste Erfahrung)
  • Versiert im Umgang mit MS Office
  • Bodenständig, kommunikations- und organisationsstark, teamfähig, selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst

Tasks

  • Das Operational Excellence Team bei der Lean-Initiative unterstützen
  • Optimierungspotenziale mit Lean-Methoden erarbeiten (DMAIC, SMED, Wertstromanalyse)
  • Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen begleiten
  • Interdisziplinäre Verbesserungsteams führen
  • Produktionsdaten mithilfe von BI-Tools analysieren
  • Geeignete Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ableiten
  • Standards (5S, Kanban, Centerlining) implementieren und weiterentwickeln

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
