  • End-to-End-Incubation von der Hypothese bis zur MVP-Reife unterstützen
  • Projektsteuerung und Projektmanagement mit Teams abstimmen
  • Markt-, Nutzer- und Stakeholder-Analysen durchführen und auswerten
  • Geschäfts-, Wertschöpfungs- und Operating-Modelle strukturieren und weiterentwickeln
  • Technologie- und Plattformpotenziale bewerten
  • Innovations-, Entwicklungs- oder Kollaborationsprozesse identifizieren und neugestalten
  • AI-gestütztes Innovations-Tool aufbauen und nutzen
  • Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Management-Reviews vorbereiten
