Requirements

  • Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikation, Eventmanagement oder vergleichbar (von Vorteil)
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Event-, Projekt- oder Produktionsmanagement (idealerweise)
  • Hohes Maß an Organisationsfähigkeit, strukturierte und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
  • Stressresistenz, Flexibilität und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten
  • Begeisterung für Fashion, Events, Popkultur und kreative Produktionen
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Neugier und Offenheit für innovative Projekte
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Google Workspace
  • Bereitschaft, auch in dynamischen Produktionsphasen tatkräftig mit anzupacken

Tasks

  • Unterstützung im Eventmanagement-Prozess der ABOUT YOU Fashion Show
  • Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption von Events
  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Events vor Ort
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zu ABOUT YOU Teams übernehmen
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zu externen Partnern und Dienstleistern übernehmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Events
  • Unterstützung bei der Nachbereitung von Events
  • Unterstützung bei Ablaufplänen
  • Unterstützung bei Timings
  • Unterstützung bei operativen Prozessen
  • Unterstützung im Guest Management
  • Unterstützung bei Einladungsprozessen
  • Unterstützung beim Guest List Management
  • Unterstützung bei Branding-Produktionen
  • Unterstützung bei Reisekoordination
  • Unterstützung bei Hotelkoordination
  • Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation mit Creators, VIPs und Agenturen
  • Unterstützung im Partner Management
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung von Brand Activations
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Brand Activations
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung von Partner-Integrationen
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Partner-Integrationen
