Requirements

  • Academic degree (M. Sc. and Ph.D.) in bioinformatics, informatics, physics, or related field
  • Experience in next-generation sequencing data analysis, clinical context, actionable mutation interpretation, or pharmacogene genotyping
  • Advantageous knowledge of cancer biology, pharmacogenomics, and drug treatment
  • Good English skills

Tasks

  • Identify targetable lesions for cancer patients.
  • Analyze next-generation sequencing, epigenomic, proteomic data.
  • Perform germline and somatic genotyping in pharmacogene loci.
  • Provide clinically relevant interpretation of targetable lesions.
  • Provide clinically relevant interpretation of drug metabolizer phenotypes.
  • Evaluate molecular biomarkers for interventional clinical trials.
  • Contribute to ISO 15189 quality management system.
  • Develop workflows and pipelines for high-dimensional data.
  • Develop research projects with dry/wet lab scientists.
