- Run experiments to evaluate subsystems and robots
- Investigate novel actuation and soft robotics technologies
- Write patents and academic scientific publications
- Collaborate with electrical and software engineering teams
- Debug and repair robots during field operations
- Support team research and experimental hardware needs
