Postdoc in Crop Physiology(m/w/x)
Designing, performing, and analyzing whole plant physiological studies in CER and glasshouses, exploring new phenotyping technologies. PhD in Plant Biology/Agronomy with Plant Physiology focus, plus experience in whole plant physiological studies required. Direct contribution to global food security and sustainable agriculture.
Requirements
- PhD or Postdoc in Plant Biology/Agronomy or similar field with high focus in Plant Physiology
- Strong background in Crop Physiology and/or Plant Nutrition, with significant contribution to research project delivery
- Experience in designing, performing, and analyzing whole plant physiological studies in controlled environment rooms (CER) and glasshouse settings
- Experience with digital plant phenotyping methods (advantageous)
- Experience with crop nutrition and/or fertilization management (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Python and/or R, big data analysis knowledge
- Interest and preferably experience in Agronomy
- Teamwork, effective collaboration, and team support
- Autonomous work planning and execution, adaptability to change, assertive communication
- Fluency in English (written and spoken, B2-C1 level)

- Engage with scientific societies.
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals.
- Present research at international scientific meetings.
