Requirements
- •Master's and Ph.D. in related field
- •Proven experience in omics data analysis
- •Knowledge of Bioconductor/R
- •Experience in object-oriented software development
- •Good analytical and (bio)statistical skills
- •Knowledge of Java, Python, and Perl
- •Knowledge of MySQL and MongoDB
- •Experience with Git and Docker
- •Knowledge of Django, Snakemake, or Nextflow
- •Proficiency in artificial intelligence methods
- •Experience in image processing techniques
- •Ability to grasp new concepts independently
- •Interdisciplinary teamwork and independent work skills
- •Excellent communication and organizational skills
- •Excellent written and oral English command
