Requirements

  • Extensive experience in private markets operations, portfolio monitoring, data analytics, or related roles
  • Strong expertise in investment metrics and operational KPIs
  • Relevant qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent
  • Experience with private markets systems such as DealCloud, Investran, and iLEVEL
  • Degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in operational management and process improvement
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end operational activities within defined timelines and KPIs
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to triage, prioritize, and execute requests based on business impact
  • Experience in leading teams and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Exposure to system implementations or organizational change initiatives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and motivated team player

Tasks

  • Lead data extraction and request handling processes
  • Ensure timely delivery within defined SLAs and KPIs
  • Identify and address operational risks and quality issues
  • Drive improvements in data quality and process efficiency
  • Scale operational capabilities with business growth
  • Motivate and develop the portfolio monitoring team
  • Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Champion change and support adoption of new tools
  • Implement process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Encourage team-driven operational enhancements
  • Contribute to strategic change initiatives with project teams
