- Hands-on experience with Adonis, Signavio, or similar BPM tools
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables)
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)
- Solid understanding of Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to reconcile discrepancies between operational data and financial forecasts
- Ability to articulate complex process changes and delivery standards clearly
- "Zero-defect" mindset regarding quality of Project Status Reports and documentation
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Fluency in German (strong asset)
Tasks
- Oversee Project Delivery portfolios for Region Europe
- Ensure transparency, consistency, and financial control
- Manage financial forecasts for regional projects
- Review financial forecasts for accuracy
- Challenge financial forecasts against budgets
- Coordinate regular forecast update cycles
- Request and follow up on forecast updates
- Prepare dedicated review meetings
- Lead review meetings with stakeholders
- Assess project outlooks and forecast evolution
- Review invoice and contract status
- Ensure alignment between Jira data and financial forecasts
- Identify forecast discrepancies
- Drive corrective actions for discrepancies
- Define regional reporting
- Prepare regional reporting
- Maintain regional reporting
- Contribute to delivery risk identification
- Assess delivery risks for Region Europe
- Report delivery risks to Risk Committee
- Review the external request process
- Verify Project Status Report (PSR) quality
- Prepare for Weekly Project Status Meetings
- Define Project Delivery standards
- Maintain Project Delivery standards
- Design new processes using BPMN
- Document new processes using BPMN
- Leverage Avaloq internal processes knowledge
- Coordinate with stakeholders on open points
