- Relevant user experience in CAD and PLM Systems
- Solid understanding of configuration management, change management, and PLM software (Siemens Teamcenter, MS Dynamics)
- Good general knowledge in QMS Systems and Data Management Strategies
- University degree (M.Sc/B.Sc.) in any scientific field or relevant education
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to travel internationally
- Very strong communication and writing skills in English
- Thrives in technology, operations, and people intersection
- Enjoys bringing structure to complexity and making systems efficient
- Highly detail-oriented with focus on operational picture
- Proactive in problem-solving and driving solutions
- Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated by process building
Tasks
- Collaborate with engineers, key users, and process owners
- Optimize PLM workflows for ECR/ECN, BOM management, and document control
- Gather and prioritize PLM implementation demands
- Manage the backlog of open tasks
- Act as liaison for PLM data between Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain
- Ensure data integrity in the PLM system
- Comply with export control laws and project standards
