Requirements
- 3+ years platform operations, technical product management, or systems support in financial services
- Hands-on production-grade financial technology platform operation/management
- Production incident management and root cause analysis experience
- Strong understanding of API-based integrations and system connectivity (FIX, REST, WebSocket)
- Proficiency in ticketing/backlog management tools (Jira preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with financial markets regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Digital asset / cryptocurrency infrastructure experience
- Knowledge of trading systems, order management or market making
- High-frequency or low-latency systems experience
- Familiarity with DORA requirements
- Associate Degree

- Oversee platform operations for high availability
- Monitor and resolve production issues
- Support platform integration for institutional clients
- Troubleshoot client platform issues
