Description

As a Planning & Logistics Manager, you will oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficient resource use and timely deliveries. Your role involves managing logistics, supporting supply chain projects, and leading a dedicated team to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• •At least 7-8 years of experience in planning and/or logistics
• •At least 3 years in a people management role
• •Knowledge about Customs Compliance (e.g. Import/Export, IPR, etc.)
• •Excellent analytical skills regarding material flows and loss elimination
• •Experience in inventory management or CPIM certification
• •Excellent communication skills
• •Very good ERP knowledge (SAP/APO/KPA/WPA)
• •Fluent English and good German skills

Tasks

• •Plan and schedule the entire production process
• •Monitor resource utilization for efficiency
• •Ensure on-time product delivery
• •Manage cost efficiency in production
• •Oversee export and shipping operations
• •Ensure compliance with trade laws
• •Handle logistics for cross-border goods traffic

• •Highlight trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
• •Support supply chain and digitalization projects
• •Lead and develop employees in planning and customer service
• •Build a high-performing team
• •Participate as a member of the leadership team
