Planning & Allocation Project Manager(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in project management
- Project management experience in retail, fashion, supply chain, planning, or allocation environments
- Experience with planning, allocation, forecasting, or merchandise planning projects
- Solid project management skills (scope, timelines, resources, risks, budget)
- Skilled in designing and optimizing Power BI reporting frameworks
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to understand sales, stock, margin, and performance drivers
- Experience with planning and allocation systems and reporting tools
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach
- High level of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving capability
- Team player with collaborative and service-oriented mindset
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Additional European languages
Tasks
- Lead cross-functional projects for planning and allocation processes
- Improve planning, allocation, buying, and merchandise planning tools
- Ensure strategic initiatives are delivered on time and within scope
- Align projects with business objectives for sales optimization
- Enhance inventory efficiency and profitability across regions
- Act as a key interface between departments
- Enable change and process standardization
- Drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced retail environment
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders
- Collect, structure, and prioritize business requirements
- Organize and facilitate project meetings and workshops
- Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders
- Support the definition and implementation of new processes
- Drive change management for new tools and ways of working
- Partner with leadership to translate objectives into initiatives
- Identify project risks, issues, and interdependencies
- Define and monitor mitigation and contingency plans
- Escalate critical issues to minimize business impact
- Support budget planning and monitoring for projects
- Track project KPIs and benefits realization
- Ensure alignment with financial and operational targets
- Optimize the use of internal and external resources
- Prepare project documentation, including business cases
- Create project plans and status reports
- Conduct post-implementation reviews
- Deliver executive-level reporting on progress and risks
- Identify opportunities to improve project management practices
- Contribute to developing standards and best practices
- Design and develop automated dashboards
- Maintain automated dashboards for business users
- Promote a culture of collaboration and accountability
