Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years MINT planning experience in aerospace/aviation training
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or related field
  • Highly proficient MINT Software Systems user
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experienced in international aviation environments
  • Proactive, structured, solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1)
  • German proficiency (minimum B2) is an advantage
  • Experience with SAP, AMC, GEMS, RogerHR, IW LMS, WebShop
  • Experience with MS Office
  • EU passport, Swiss passport or Swiss working permit
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or related field

Tasks

  • Plan training resources based on demand and regulations
  • Maintain accurate planning data in MINT
  • Communicate planning updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate instructors, SMEs, and training resources
  • Manage logistics for operational delivery
  • Prepare and finalize course documentation
  • Administer MINT system configuration and workflows
  • Manage interfaces with corporate systems
  • Ensure MINT is the single source of truth
  • Compile KPIs and provide reporting
  • Maintain compliant training records
  • Administer course documentation for audits
  • Issue training certificates
  • Screen customers based on export controls
  • Invigilate examinations
  • Manage WBT registrations and assignments
  • Administer open-seat training and bookings
  • Track training invoices and billing status
  • Support operational performance reporting
  • Arrange employee travel requirements
  • Issue and monitor company credit cards
  • Improve administrative process automation
