Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Planner
  • Experience on DPR Core Market projects
  • Oracle Primavera P6 experience
  • Strong understanding of CPM scheduling
  • LBMS/Takt and Oracle Primavera Cloud knowledge
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and detail-oriented teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

Tasks

  • Coach project teams on planning and scheduling best practices
  • Lead collaborative planning sessions with stakeholders and partners
  • Create and manage the baseline contract schedule
  • Incorporate subcontractor input into ongoing schedule updates
  • Support planning from preconstruction through to commissioning
  • Identify schedule risks and flag potential impacts early
  • Support mitigation, recovery planning, and delay analysis
  • Deliver clear schedule reports, narratives, and visual graphics
  • Align schedules with Smartsheet and 4D/BIM integration tools
  • Identify, measure, and report key production and resource outputs

Work Experience

  • 5 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

  • German – Business Fluent
