Physical Security Specialist(m/w/x)
Managing daily physical security operations for SAP employees, buildings, and assets across multiple locations. 5+ years physical security industry experience required. Company car for private use, 4-day work week.
Requirements
- 5+ years physical security industry experience or equivalent (military, law enforcement)
- 3 years minimum corporate physical security experience
- 3 years direct experience in majority of job description and competencies/skills
- Degree in related field (desirable)
- Ability to pass background verification and Government Security Clearance
- Fluent German speaking
- Comprehensive English language written and spoken
Tasks
- Manage daily physical security operations
- Ensure safety and security of SAP employees, buildings, and assets
- Provide physical security support to multiple SAP locations
- Maintain budgeting and spend overview for each site
- Conduct security risk assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and implement Building Security Operations Manual
- Manage contract security services and vendors
- Oversee electronic security systems and operations
- Plan, design, and execute security projects
- Implement personnel protection programs
- Provide training and security awareness programs
- Conduct internal investigations
- Oversee incident reporting and resolution
- Present physical security services
- Support SAP Health and Safety programs
- Report on physical security strategy and metrics
- Maintain relationships with law enforcement and emergency responders
- Seek ways to improve organizational effectiveness
- Identify and apply key market information and trends
- Manage and deliver multiple projects
- Build relationships with senior management and service providers
- Drive operational excellence and quality assurance
- Serve as liaison to executive management
- Champion internal goals and manage KPIs
