Peer Group Facilitator/Coach(m/w/x)
Facilitating bi-monthly peer coaching sessions for decision-makers in medium/large companies, ensuring actionable outcomes. Direct responsibility leading 20+ person teams or involvement in EO/YPO/Vistage networks essential. Travel coverage, flexible work integration.
Requirements
- Experience leading teams, building businesses, or leadership coaching/facilitation
- Involvement in EO, YPO, TAB Board, or Vistage networks
- Trusted advisor, skilled connector, experienced leader
- Background in group facilitation, executive development, or leadership coaching
- Direct responsibility leading team of at least 20 people
- Strong networking, engaging senior executives, cultivating long-term relationships
- Willingness to build own peer coaching groups
- Active listening, natural curiosity, thoughtful questioning, collaborative space
- Proactive, highly organized, passionate about helping others
- Availability to lead 12 in-person meetups and paid coaching sessions
- Capacity to manage minimum of 2 peer coaching groups
- Fluency in English and/or German, with optional French
- Active or past involvement in EO, YPO, TAB Board, Vistage (preferred)
Tasks
- Facilitate bi-monthly or quarterly peer coaching sessions.
- Guide meaningful group discussions.
- Ensure collaborative, actionable outcomes.
- Create a safe space for open sharing.
- Facilitate experience exchange among participants.
- Offer valuable insights and support to members.
- Proactively engage interested leaders.
- Acquire new members for your groups.
- Lead monthly meetups in premium venues.
- Collaborate with co-hosts.
- Moderate teaser peer-coaching sessions.
- Create meaningful connections at meetups.
- Identify leads for peer coaching groups.
- Curate discussions on real-world challenges.
- Inspire innovation among members.
- Drive strategic growth for participants.
- Support participants' personal and professional growth.
- Continuously monitor group dynamics.
- Ensure optimal member engagement and collaboration.
