- Fully qualified European or German Patent Attorney
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Physics
- Minimum 5+ years in patent law
- Expertise in managing cross-border IP matters is a plus
- High degree of self-motivation and reliability
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
Tasks
- Advise on all aspects of patent law.
- Develop and execute global IP strategies.
- Identify and protect high-value innovations.
- Draft, prosecute, and manage patent portfolio.
- Evaluate third-party IP landscapes for assessments.
- Provide legal counsel on patent matters.
- Coordinate communications with external patent attorneys.
- Act as an expert on IP risks and opportunities.
- Mentor junior IP staff and improve IP processes.
