- Monitor the portfolio of prospects with partner sales teams
- Track partner KPIs
- Update partnership opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations for partners
- Address partner product-related questions
- Hold regular meetings with partner representatives
- Support partners in their efforts
- Assist in preparing partner events
- Co-host partner events
- Contribute to updating commercial content and materials
- Stay informed about product launches and roadmap updates
- Ensure partner satisfaction
- Ensure client satisfaction with partners
- Propose improvements to current processes
- Implement partner processes with the operation team
- Develop or adapt partner assets
